Once you are satisfied with the quote, I will forward your contract for you to sign. After you have signed the contract and made the deposit payment, your booking will be confirmed. From the time of booking until your wedding day, Claudia will be available to answer any queries you may have via email or phone call.

Booking a trial appointment can be very beneficial as it gives you the opportunity to confirm that you are satisfied with your hair and makeup and that we are a good match for your needs. It's understandable that you may not be certain about how a certain look will turn out until you try it! Some brides prefer to schedule their trial before committing to our services, while others prefer to book first and schedule the trial 4-6 weeks before the wedding date.
We understand that not everyone can have a trial, and in these cases, we allocate extra time to your appointment to ensure that we can make any necessary adjustments to your look.

Typically, there will be a period of 12-6 months between the time you book and your wedding date. During this time, I will send you a few check-in emails to make sure everything is going smoothly. These emails will include scheduling reminders and tips for your trial, a day-of schedule to share with your coordinator and photographer, and a final checkup to ensure that we are all on the same page regarding your hair and makeup timing and how it may affect your bridal party and vendors.
