When you are happy with your quote, I’ll send over your contract! Once you have signed your contract and paid your deposit, you're in the books! From the moment you book up until your wedding day, Claudia is always accessible to answer any questions or help advise on any queries you might have via email or phone call.
Scheduling a trial is super helpful because you get to be absolutely positive you love your hair and makeup, and that we’re a good fit. Sometimes you aren’t sure of how something will look until you give it a try! Sometimes brides like to schedule their trial before booking, sometimes they like to book first and schedule the trial 4-6 weeks from the wedding date .
Not everyone is able to have a trial. In that case, extra time is added onto your appointment to ensure we have the opportunity to make a change or two to your look.
Generally we have 12 - 6 months between your booking and your wedding date, so I’ll send along a few check-in emails along the way. You’ll get a scheduling reminder and tips for making the most of your trial, a day-of schedule to share with your coordinator and photographer, and a final checkup to make sure that we’re on the same page with you, your bridal party, and your vendors that may be affected by your hair and makeup timing. And of course, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns!
We arrive fully equipped to help you look your absolute best on one of the happiest days of your life! You want an artist who knows the wedding industry and will help make things flow for you. Make sure you have a reliable artist who will arrive early to set up, start on time and stay on schedule. I personally like to help my brides put together the makeup appointment schedule prior to the date.
To book your wedding date a $200 deposit is required. No date is guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit. A trial does not guarantee booking. No refund.
We love to travel. We are located in Miami-Dade, Fl and able to travel and provide services to clients located outside of Miami-Dade. Additional travel fees will apply and are based on factors including,travel time, distance/mileage tolls, etc.
Client is responsible for paying parking / Valet fees. I travel with a kit that weighs over 15 lbs plus other equipment. Parking is very important to ensure I am on time and your day proceeds smoothly. All parking costs for mobile services are to be provided at the client’s expense.
You can cancel services at any time but deposits are non refundable.
No minimum required. We offer group rates and individual rates depending on the size of your booking. Please, contact us with any questions. No wedding or event is too BIG or too small
If you have limited "getting ready" time and an assistant is needed, there will be a $100 assistant fee added to your total.
In demand vendors book up very quickly, so as soon as you have a date and venue set, please reach out to check availability. We often book about a year in advance. This doesn’t mean we won’t have your date available if it’s closer than that, but it’s best to reach out to us as soon as possible.
We are able to accommodate a party of any size. For large parties, we will need to bring an additional artists. If additional bridal party members wish to be added after the contract is signed, we will need to be notified as soon as possible. Within our power, we will be able to do the services but cannot guarantee additional services after the initial contract. If they wish to get their make-up or hair done on the day of the wedding and are not on the contract, they will be added on a time permitted basis. We will help create a general time line for your wedding day prepping.
We are generally comfortable working from a picture, but keep in mind the person in the picture should be similar bone structure, hair cut and color, and skin tone as yourself. Additionally, show us the picture as inspiration and let us work our magic to customize for you. Again, the key to figuring out the perfect look is an open and honest communication during the trial.
Claudia is well known for her fun, relaxed and well timed mornings. Allow 45 mins per person for makeup (1 hr for the bride) and 45 mins per person for hair. This can depend on the hairstyle chosen, and also allows time for touch-ups. It is always recommended that hair and makeup is completed at least 1 hour before you need to leave for the ceremony. This is a basic guide, as Claudia will personally talk with you to organise a schedule for your morning so it runs smoothly and everyone has a lot of fun!
Nope ! When it comes to hiring a professional makeup artist and hairstylist for on-location or personal services, you definitely get what you pay for! When you hire us, you are hiring an experienced professional that comes to YOU. The level of skill and expertise that you can expect is far superior to hiring your sister, other relative, friend or a cosmetic sales-person from the mall. We will however give you the best possible pricing and options that best suites you and your wedding.
Work Station: Please have tables and chairs ready to perform the services. Outfit: Wear a buttoned down shirt or anything you don't have to pull over your head.
Hair: Wash your hair the night before.. Dry your hair as smooth as possible DO NOT using a straightening iron. If hair is not dry to any appointment an extra blow dry fee will be applied. Photo of desired styles will be helpful. Have your accessories ready .
Face: Should be cleansed with a daily skincare system. Please state any allergies pertaining to any makeup products to your stylist before the service. Facial treatment is not recommended less than 7 days before the event. We would be happy to accommodate special requests such as tattoo covering or back make up for a small fee.
